Like most nonprofits, Kripalu is governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees that is independent of management. Trustees are selected based upon their commitment to Kripalu’s mission; their professional skills, expertise, and willingness to serve; and the financial resources, contacts, and other resources they can bring to bear on furthering Kripalu’s mission.
